Spanning 10 years, Joseph Farris' career began with him shooting and lighting local single and multi camera video and television productions. After working full time at a Chicago based nationally syndicated TV station, he decided to go freelance and pursue filmmaking full time. In 2002 Visions of Light, Inc. was born. As one of the first production companies to enter in to the early realm of high definition, Visions of Light, Inc. quickly became a premier provider of HD cameras and equipment to the film community. Joseph has a large portfolio that ranges from feature films and commercials to industrials and corporate work. Every project represents its own set of challenges and creative opportunity. His ability to pull together resources for any size production keeps producers returning. Joseph is happiest behind the camera and continues to push his lighting ability and cinematic style to new heights. |
